6.1 We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached;
Proof of purchase must be provided;
Customised or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless defective or otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.

6.2 You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
