You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

We partner with Australia Post for all deliveries within Australia. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email along with carrier and tracking details.

Express Shipping: $15 AUD

Free Shipping:

Free standard shipping on all orders valued over $150
Free Express Shipping on all orders valued over $250

Estimated Shipping Times:

Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days

Once your order has been successfully delivered to the address provided, The Scrub Lab is no longer responsible for any loss or damage that may occur. From delivery onward, your parcel is in your care.

It is the customer’s responsibility to nominate a safe and secure shipping address. We are not liable for stolen or missing parcels, once the order has been successfully delivered to the nominated address.
