HOW DO I CHOOSE THE CORRECT SIZE?

We recommend choosing your size based on our size guide. If you're between sizes or prefer a relaxed fit, we suggest sizing up.

WHAT SIZE RANGE DO YOU OFFER?

We offer XS–XXL (AU 6–18), we are committed to inclusive sizing and will be expanding our range in upcoming collections as we grow.

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY SCRUBS?

For best care, machine-wash cold on a gentle cycle, inside out. Avoid bleach, harsh detergents, and high heat. Air-dry where possible, or tumble-dry on low. Light steaming may be used to release creases. Our scrubs are made to stay bright shift after shift.

ARE YOUR PRINTS LIMITED EDITION?

Each print is released in limited quantities to keep our collections exclusive. If you love a style, we recommend ordering early before it sells out.

HOW OFTEN DO NEW COLLECTIONS DROP?

We don’t rush our releases, each collection is crafted with care, and we take your feedback seriously. We work hard to perfect every detail and make sure our sisters feel 100% confident in their scrubs. Launch timings can vary, but here’s a little secret… our summer collection is already in the works. Stay tuned.

HOW DO PRE-ORDERS WORK?

Pre-ordering allows you to secure your size and style before stock arrives. Estimated delivery dates are listed on each product page.

You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Please note: if your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, they will be shipped separately, with in-stock items sent first.

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

Shipping is currently available Australia-wide. As our brand evolves, we will introduce international delivery to ensure our scrubs can reach healthcare professionals around the world.

CAN I UPDATE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us promptly. We’ll do our best to make the change; however updates may not be possible once your order has begun processing.

Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. You’ll see an estimated delivery window at checkout, and you’ll receive tracking details once your order is on its way.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECIEVED A DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEM?

Every item is thoroughly inspected before it leaves our warehouse. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. Our team will take care of you.

DO I HAVE TO COVER THE SHIPPING COST FOR A RETURN?
